All patients at The Arch Medical Practice have a named GP. If you wish to know which GP is responsible for your care please contact the practice and this information will be provided, if you have a preference please inform the receptionist who will enter this information onto your medical record.
A named GP will oversee your care and work with other relevant healthcare professionals to ensure that your individual needs are met. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.

Hospital Letters
If you are seen in secondary care please note sometimes letters sent from hospital are often addressed to the Senior Partner. Please feel reassured that your hospital letters are sent to your usual GP for review or the GP who you have a continuing care with to ensure continuity of care.
