Prescription Requests Workflow
From Monday the 3rd of July we will no longer be accepting e-mail requests for prescriptions. To order your medication going forward, you will need to download the NHS App.
There are several benefits of downloading the NHS app:
1. You can book GP appointments instead of calling the Practice. Simply go on the app at 8am and you can book an appointment for the same day or 6 days in advance.
2. You can view your medical records on the NHS app, including results.
3. You can order you medication via the NHS app.
We will continue to take prescription telephone requests for our elderly, housebound & vulnerable patients only. If you do not want to download the NHS app, you will need to come to the surgery to order your medication or order it via your nominated pharmacy.
If you download the NHS app and struggle to use it, please pop to the surgery and one of our Care Co-ordinators will be happy to help you.
