To ensure your sample can be processed correctly, all samples must be dropped off at the practice by 4pm at the latest.
Our laboratory courier collects samples at 4:30pm. This allows our clinical team enough time to prepare, check, and label samples safely before collection.
Please note:
- Samples dropped off after 4pm will not be processed
- If a sample is received after this time, you will need to repeat and re-submit the sample
- This applies to all sample types unless you have been advised otherwise by a clinician
- Thank you for your understanding and co-operation, which helps us ensure samples are handled safely and results are not delayed.
