Register as a patient

Patients are required to register with a specific GP. This is so we can offer a familiar service to all when possible. You may register with the surgery if you live within a three miles radius of the surgery.

You can also register with us on the practice website. You can follow the attached link, our registration form is at the bottom.

Please make sure you complete the whole questionnaire. Its vital the information you put is up to date and correct.

Make an appointment

Non urgent appointments can be booked between 08:00 and 17:00 on the main surgery line. If you require an urgent appointment the receptionist will arrange this for you, however it may not always be with your chosen doctor. You can also book an appointment through the patient access area of this site.

Repeat prescriptions

Please use the request slip from your previous prescription. If you wish you may send a stamped addressed envelope. Please allow three working days to process including consultant outpatient prescriptions NHS or privately. If you require more information on our prescribing policy and how it works please contact the practice prescribing team Karen and Anne.

From the 1st of April 2019 we changed our policy on prescription wait times. It was increased from 48 hours to a 72 hour period. Please ensure that you allow adequate time when requesting your medication.

Obtain results

Please telephone after 2.00pm, five working days after your blood test and two weeks after x-rays and scans. If you are seeing the doctor for a follow up check with the receptionist that your results have arrived. Smear test results will be sent via post. If you have not received the results within seven weeks please contact the practice.
